TPG Motorcycles can offer several services to take care of your machine. Below is the list of services that you and your machine may need in the furture at some stage.

M.O.T

M.O.T is currently £28.65. You will need to phone 01273 420045 to arrange a booking before your M.O.T runs out. We suggest 2 weeks prior to the date on your current certificate. It takes approx. an hour to complete the M.O.T test so you can wait in our M.O.T waiting area, if you wish, whilst the test is being carried out. Please bring an old M.OT certificate or registration document (V5) with you.

Servicing

We have set menus for servicing. Please phone 01273 420045 to book an appointment and also to find out which service is required for your machine.

1). Scooter/ Automatic Service menu.

We have set prices for different km/mil. For instance, 2500 km/mil and 5000 km/mil are intermediate services. Included in the price is a new spark plug, Air filter clean, oil and sundries, a genral check of all tyres, instruments and electrical equipment plus labour.

The 10000 km/mil service is a full/ major service. Included is all of the above and a new drive belt. The labour is different because this is a longer service.

Once you get passed the 10000 km/mil service it then returns to 12500 km/mil, 15000 km/mil and 20000 km/mil and so on.

If we discover at any of these service stages that your machine needs a new drivebelt, brake pads or shoes, we will inform you. This cost will be added to your service.

2). Motorcycle/ Geared/ Four Cylinder Service Menu.

These services are much the same as above. There are set intervals of km/mil for the intermediate services and a set km/mil for full/ major services. Each has new oil and filter change, sundries, checking of all equipment and tyres and labour.

Parts and labour is added to the menu service if they are needed before the next service is due.

Intermediate servicing start from £80.00. These are every 3000 km/mil.

Full/ major servicing start from £185.00. These are every 6000 km/mil.

3). Motorcycle/ Geared/ V-Twins & Single Cylinder Service Menu.

Tyres

There are several ways TPG can change the tyres on your machine.

1). In the event that you need your tyres changing, you can phone us to book an appointment, tell us the type of tyre you would like, leave your machine with us in the morning and it will be ready to collect the same day.

2). To save time and cost to you, we will be more than happy to change the tyres on your wheels, if you wanted to take your wheels out first then bring them to us. We would still need you to phone us to book an appointment so we can have the tyres here ready for you.

Parts.

If you require parts only, we can supply too. We carry good stock of parts and service items such as oil, spark plugs, batterys, bulbs, maintanance and cleaning accessories, brake pads and shoes etc. If you require any special parts, please phone and we will do are best to find and supply.

Labour

Labour per hour is at a competitive rate of £40.00. Minimum charge of 0.5 hour is £20.00. Franchised dearlerships are from £50.00 + VAT.
